Our Leadership
Justina Oigbochie is a visionary business leader and operational strategist with over 15 years of experience driving high-impact projects across Africa’s development, education, finance, manufacturing, and construction sectors. As the CEO of Esman Integrated Nigeria Limited, she is leading the company into a new era of innovation, efficiency, and industry leadership.
With a career rooted in purpose and performance, Justina has held key roles in organizations such as Mango, The Tony Elumelu Foundation, where she led multi-country initiatives and secured long-term international partnerships. Her ability to transform complex challenges into scalable solutions has consistently delivered measurable results.
Her leadership philosophy is anchored in value creation, collaboration, and social impact. This is reflected in her work digitizing legacy systems in education, building strategy frameworks in manufacturing, and strengthening execution capacity across teams and sectors.
Justina holds an MBA from IESE Business School and NYU Stern, where she also served as Vice President for the Responsible Business and DEI Clubs. A firm believer in people-first leadership, Justina is committed to building lasting value, empowering teams, and creating infrastructure that drives development across Nigeria and beyond.
